Fluffy chocolate cupcakes with a surprise chocolate ganache center, finished with beautiful piped chocolate meringue buttercream. All components are made with 76% cocoa content French dark chocolate.
The buttercream used is a meringue buttercream and whilst it is relatively stable, sometimes the humidity here gets the upper hand. It is strongly advised to refrigerate or keep them in an air-conditioned room at all times. Allow the cupcakes to come to room temperature, 15 minutes before consumption, for best results. These homemade happy food do not contain preservatives and keep well for a week when stored in the fridge.
