Gooey dark chocolate in every bite of this, more cakey than fudgy, brownie. This is good old chocolate brownie done up with peanut butter swirls.
This brownie is best served briefly reheated in a little toaster oven for a few minutes. You know it is done when you see the peanut butter swirls with minuscule volcanic-like bubbling.
Complete the enjoyment with a scoop of ice cream!
Each tray of 6" square brownie is good for six rectangular or nine square servings; and the 8" tray for 12 rectangular or 16 square servings.
PS: The peanut butter used is an au naturel version with only roast peanuts and salt.
