Here is my take on a natural rainbow frosted cake. As per my ethos, all colours are naturally derived and NO food colouring is used.
Choose from two flavours:
- Moist chocolate cake layers with dark chocolate meringue buttercream, not that much different from the Black Beauty or the Lucas
- Tender-crumbed vanilla cake layers with raspberry meringue buttercream
Note: Vanilla cakes are taller and heavier than the chocolate version.
