Layer cakes made mostly with meringue buttercream. All colours on the cake are derived naturally. I do not use chemical-laden food colouring made from petroleum. I just couldn't. Instead, colours are drawn out from natural food like berries, matcha and blue pea flower.

The ever popular cake has got to be the Black Beauty with that luscious dark chocolate fudge frosting! The Salted Caramel Cheesecake has also made some tummies very happy.
