I was pushed to make a blueish cake for a baby boy's full month celebration and none of my current naturally derived colours (like those on the ombre rose cake) were suitable.
Looked into nature and there ain't much food that are naturally blue. Blueberries are not really blue. So I had to experiment and I'm glad it worked out, producing a shade of blue which I find relatable to the ever famous Disney Frozen movie. Hence, the name for this cake.
